Rachel Appel, a member of .NET Valley, became the third Microsoft MVP in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Rachel received the official word from Mike Fosmire, Microsoft's ASP.NET MVP Lead earlier today. She joins Chris Leeds and Jason Gaylord as MVPs in NEPA. We'd like to congratulate Rachel on her accomplishment.
